Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications meet the evolving requirements of the organization and contribute to the overall efficiency of operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Natural. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cobol Mainframe. - Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes. - Familiarity with low-code development platforms and APIs. - Experience in managing software releases and updates. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Natural. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
