Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will engage in configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications. Your typical day will involve adapting features to meet business requirements, managing software releases, and ensuring the stability of the systems. You will utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with the specific needs of the business while maintaining compatibility and performance across various applications. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with team members to enhance system functionality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Configure Price & Quote. - Experience with low-code platforms and application programming interfaces. - Strong understanding of system configuration and management. - Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Familiarity with software release management processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Configure Price & Quote. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
