Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. You will engage with various stakeholders to understand requirements and implement effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality. - Develop and maintain documentation related to application configurations and processes. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve application performance. - Assist in training and mentoring junior team members to foster a collaborative learning environment. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Salesforce Industries Energy & Utilities Cloud. - Strong understanding of application configuration and management. - Experience with APIs and low-code platforms for application development. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Salesforce Industries Energy & Utilities Cloud. - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
