In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing the configuration, integration, and deployment processes to ensure seamless operation. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration across various teams and proactive oversight of solution evolution are key aspects of daily responsibilities, ensuring that the platform adapts effectively to changing needs and technological advancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance platform reliability and efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
- Experience in managing configuration and release processes for packaged or SaaS applications.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable integration solutions that align with business and vendor requirements.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting within IBM Sterling B2B Integrator environments.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
