- Strong knowledge of platform configuration and customization within ServiceNow ITSM environments.

- Ability to oversee release management processes ensuring minimal disruption and high availability.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting within ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
- Capability to establish and enforce platform standards that align with organizational and vendor requirements.

- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
