The Department
R&ED Digital Transformation, Digital Science & Innovation is a new area in Research and Early Development (R&ED) located in Måløv, DK.
The Position
As a personal assistant you will primarily support two Vice Presidents (VP) with communicative, administrative and practical tasks. We are a tight-knit unit characterised by an informal atmosphere, with emphasis on a fun, collaborative and engaging working environment. While we are deeply dedicated to our tasks with high customer engagement, we maintain focus on preserving a healthy work-life balance.
With a proactive and service-oriented approach, that seek a highly dynamic and vibrant team you will:

  • Work in close coordination with the global DSI team to ensure alignment with the mission and vision of the DSI organisation
  • Apply your knowledge of Novo Nordisk systems, practices, and ways of working including the ability to effectively manage sensitive and confidential information as needed
  • Take ownership of the VP's calendar, incl. booking meetings and travels
  • Take ownership of planning monthly/quarterly review sessions for the department
  • Prepare budgets, monthly follow-up and quarterly adjustments
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes and follow-up on action lists
  • Maintain and update web sites, e-mail lists and organisational charts
  • Support the practical onboarding process and welcome new employees and international guests
  • Secure governance, compliance and NN Way for the area
  • Manage purchase of supplies and services and support investment processes
  • Perform ad hoc administrative tasks


You will report directly to one of the VP. Furthermore, you will be part of a team of assistants servicing the SVP area and hereby you might be engaged in cross-organisational tasks.
Qualifications
You preferably have experience from a similar administrative position and are confident with English as your working language.
Moreover you are:

  • A skilled user of IT systems, including MS Office.
  • Confident when it comes to numbers and experienced working with budgets.


As a person, you have a structured approach to your tasks and enjoy solving administrative tasks with great efficiency and sense for detail. You are able to work independently, prioritise multiple simultaneous tasks and manage your own time effectively. As a trusted colleague, the ability to handle matters of confidentiality is a must. You know how to provide great service and thrive in a role as go-to person.
