JOB TITLE: P&A Supply Analyst 

REPORTS TO: Senior Manager Supply Planning  

LOCATION: UK, Leeds Thorpe Park

OVERVIEW 

The Supply Planning team are responsible for ensuring optimal inventory levels to support the sales demands in SharkNinja’s rapidly growing European business. As Supply Analyst you will interface with local Commercial Planning, Sales and Operations teams, and the Local Supply Planning function to own the Supply Plan for a range of the Parts & Accessories catalogue. Ensuring that the Inbound stock is directed to the right Country DC to support sales/service targets. There will also be the responsibility of working on either new customers or new product launch into the markets to ensure smooth launches, with either customers or product. This role would suit an ambitious individual at the start of their career, as a second or third role within supply chain with good analytical skills who wishes to progress in a supply/demand planning. 

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do: 

  • Ensure that Inbound containers are routed to country DCs to enable stock to be in the correct DC for future orders and optimize the utilization of storage 
  • Arrange stock transfers between country to ensure that inventory is maximized and reduce the liability for overstocks 
  • Balance stock between B2B and B2C sub-inventories to enable both channels to achieve sales plan 
  • Liaise and coordinate with Sales/Order Management/Inbound Logistics and Country Logistics teams to ensure transparent communication and smooth flow of goods from Inbound to Customer 
  • Provide reporting of KPI’s to enable performance to be understood and highlight any blockages in the process 
  • Collaborate with various business stakeholders across the organization to gather relevant data 
  • Track Excess & Obsolete stock highlighting risks and opportunities 
  • Be the first point of contact for stock in and Inventory queries 

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS: 

  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills to optimize inventory management by DC to improve key performance indicators 
  • Ability to multi-task and time manage independently; ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment 
  • Knowledge/experience of operating within a Supply Chain/Planning function an advantage 
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills 
  • Good MS Excel and PowerPoint; Domo knowledge an advantage 
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in a dynamic, fun, fast-paced environment. 
  • A team oriented and collaborative approach. Proven results building effective long-term relationships at all levels, internally and externally, and go the extra mile for customers.  
  • Ability to communicate for impact, both in writing and verbally. 

Education and Experience: 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a business environment
