About the Role
As a Business Consulting Specialist, you will work closely with clients to bridge business goals with the power of the ServiceNow platform. You’ll play a key role in shaping digital strategies, designing scalable processes, and delivering enterprise-level solutions. Your mission: maximize customer value realization and become a trusted advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive process design, governance, KPIs, and control frameworks at a strategic level.
- Lead ServiceNow Projects(ITSM, ITOM etc) and enterprise service management consulting engagements.
- Run executive workshops and pitch functional ServiceNow solutions.
- Present high-level demos, conduct gap analyses, and translate needs into actionable solutions.
- Define operating models, roles, dashboards, and reporting structures.
- Align solutions with ITIL standards and ensure platform coherence.
- Support organizational transformation through strong stakeholder engagement.
- Implement ServiceNow systems aligned with enterprise architecture and process maturity.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in consulting or digital transformation, ideally in large, complex environments.
- Deep understanding of PaaS solutions and enterprise platforms.
- Hands-on ServiceNow experience (including configuration and implementations).
- Certified in:
- ITIL v4
- ServiceNow System Administrator
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to pitch solutions to business and technical audiences.
- Proven capability to lead customer relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
