Job Title: Associate Technical Consultant
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Associate Technical Consultant to join our growing technology consulting team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to develop their technical and consulting skills while working with experienced professionals on real-world client projects.
You will support the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions that help our clients achieve business objectives. Training and mentorship will be provided to ensure your success in both the technical and consulting aspects of the role.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the analysis, design, configuration, and deployment of IT solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with senior consultants and project teams to understand client requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Participate in system implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Support the preparation of technical reports, client presentations, and project deliverables.
• Learn and apply best practices, methodologies, and tools used within the organization.
• Provide basic technical support and guidance during client engagements.
• Continuously develop technical and soft skills through training, certifications, and mentorship.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Internship or academic project experience in IT, software development, or systems analysis preferred (not required).
• Technical Skills:
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript).
• Understanding of databases, APIs, or cloud technologies is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
