Capability Lead – Operational Technology

What will you do?
As Capability Lead – OT, you will:
- Own and lead Plat4mation’s Operational Technology Capability, part of our Data Management Strategic Capabilities, working closely with the Manufacturing Vertical.
- Deliver and oversee projects for top-tier clients in the Manufacturing industry, acting as a Subject Matter Expert in OT strategy, architecture, and ServiceNow solutions.
- Build and grow a strong internal OT capability by hiring, mentoring, and enabling talent.
- Lead the creation of innovative offerings, based on market trends and customer needs – from OT Visibility to OT Service Management, Vulnerability, and OT-SecOps.
- Act as a thought leader by developing best practices, writing blogs, speaking at webinars, and shaping the conversation in the OT space.
- Play a crucial role in pre-sales, working closely with sales and solution consultants on shaping and positioning tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Development: Recruit and mentor OT consultants. Grow the team with the right skills and mindset.
- Project Delivery: Guide projects from assessment and design to implementation across a wide scope, including OT governance and scaling OT solutions to global factory networks.
- Pre-sales Support: Collaborate on RFPs, demos, and strategy sessions; tailor the value proposition to customer challenges.
- Market & Offering Development: Stay ahead of market trends, develop new offerings, and create reusable assets (documentation, training, templates).
- Innovation & Thought Leadership: Publish content, host sessions, and represent Plat4mation at events.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure solutions are tested, aligned with best practices, and delivered at the highest quality standards.
We ask
- You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in OT/IT consulting or practice leadership.
- You have experience in Operational Technology, and ideally with tools such as Nozomi, Microsoft Defender for OT, or Tenable for OT.
- You understand the intersection of IT and OT and can model data, design governance, and drive process optimization.
- You are familiar with (or eager to dive into) the ServiceNow platform.
- You have a Master’s degree or MBA
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
- You’re curious, proactive, and prescriptive – someone who brings clarity and confidence to customers and colleagues alike.
