What will you do?
The Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Business Process Consultant with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing ServiceNow OT practice and Manufacturing Verticle. You will work with leading organizations to optimize operational processes, leveraging the power of ServiceNow, while bridging technology and business needs.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with clients to understand operational challenges and design scalable, efficient ServiceNow-based solutions
- Deliver assessments, process optimizations, and implementation roadmaps
- Provide domain expertise across OT landscape (OT Visibility, OT SM, OT VR, OT SecOps, OT Risk)
- Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and drive change adoption
- Work closely with technical consultants and architects to ensure functional and technical alignment
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support our go-to-market efforts
We ask
- 3–5 years of experience in business process consulting, preferably within the ServiceNow ecosystem
- Solid understanding of OT Infrastructure and Manufacturing processes
- Proficiency in English (Dutch and German is a plus but not required)
- A completed Master’s degree or MBA
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives
- Industry experience in sectors like finance, manufacturing, energy, or telecommunications is a strong plus
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g. OT, ITSM, ITOM, CSDM, SecOps, IRM) are a bonus
