Plat4mation Switzerland is looking for a skilled Business Process Consultant with hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM Discovery to join our growing team in Winterthur or Lausanne, with flexible home-office arrangements.
What you’ll do
- Lead client workshops to understand their current IT infrastructure, CMDB structure, and visibility needs
- Translate discovery and configuration management requirements into clear, actionable user stories
- Guide customers through the ServiceNow Discovery process, from scoping to deployment
- Collaborate closely with Technical Consultants and Architects to ensure accurate and scalable implementations
- Support CMDB data model design and help define governance processes
- Communicate effectively with customers and align stakeholders on technical and process topics
What you bring
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow, including hands-on involvement with ITOM Discovery
- Solid understanding of the CMDB, Service Mapping, and related ITOM capabilities
- Strong skills in requirements gathering, stakeholder facilitation, and user story definition
- Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery (required)
- Fluent in English (professional level) and native-level German or French
- Familiarity with ITIL, infrastructure components (e.g., servers, networks, cloud), and data governance
- Additional experience with ITSM, Event Management, or other ITOM products is a plus
