As we continue to strengthen our P&O Core Delivery setup in LATAM, we are looking for a Consultant who can deliver high-quality support, bring stability and great leaders and employee experience every day. We are a strong, collaborative unit dedicated to delivering consistent and reliable support to leaders and employees. You will join a professional environment shaped by teamwork, ownership, and high standards.

You'll responsible for:

• Serve as an advisor to leaders, across the LATAM region, related to the employee life cycle.
• Facilitate relevant team/site/department workshops.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers at assigned site (e.g., coaching, performance process, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to anticipate P&O needs, provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
• Support managers in addressing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, workplace disputes, and grievances ensuring the right support is given from our Core Support Employee Relations team.
• Support in topics related to P&O in Compliance and Audits.
• Support in Onboarding and Offboarding processes.

Requirements:

• Graduation needed: Psychology, Administration, Legal etc;

• Post graduation - nice to have;

• Advanced Portuguese;

• Advanced English;

• Intermediate Spanish.
