To support our customers, ASML keeps parts, tools and packaging in Warehouses close to our customers. These are outsourced to suppliers or Logistics Service Suppliers (3PL’s).
The Global logistic supply chain manager will first own the Field Service Hub at LinKou which is tasked to make sure these warehouses are ready to support our field operation in the most efficient way, which means the Field Service Hub is performed in line with the agreed SLA’s and budgets and backfill the central warehouse and local warehouse in timely. Facilities in our warehouses include Clean Technology Infrastructure to inspect packaging and operate the Service materials conversion to make sure we supply our Service materials to the field in the right quality.
Job mission
You manage the 3PL’s that are selected operate the service warehouses in your assigned responsibility on:
Budget and cost saving initiatives
Service level agreements achievement
Performance improvement initiatives
Service demand fulfillment to central warehouse
Emergency demand fulfillment to support the field operation in customer fab
Ensure these warehouses are operated flawlessly by the 3PL’s by auditing on adherence of the right procedures and systems by putting proper controls in place. As a people leader, your leadership for the business include but not limited as below :

Job description
Run the Field Service Hub to address the performance and fulfill the demand in the field in timely
Plan and manage the budget for the warehouses within the budget
Address the cost saving with 3PL & internal stakeholders
Manage the 3PL’s on performance through periodical business reviews (weekly / monthly)
Ensure warehouses stay fit for purpose at all time by driving infrastructural changes: Translate parts, tools and packaging handling and storage requirements into the logistics facilities needed.
Manage the assigned budget for the Infrastructure projects
Build relationships with wide range of internal and external stakeholders, for example: Procurement, Suppliers, factory logistics etc.
Define, drive and deliver optimization projects in the Warehousing domain to drive cost down, material availability up and/or performance up.
Act as a subject matter expert in your field
Help in implementing WMS at some of the warehouses
