About the role:

The Senior Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) Consultant plays a key role in shaping and delivering impactful learning and organisational development initiatives across the firm’s leadership and talent portfolio.

This role is responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and evaluation of learning solutions and L&OD interventions that are aligned to business and talent strategies. Working in close partnership with stakeholders across the firm, the Consultant ensures initiatives address individual, team, and organisational capability needs.

The position supports the growth of leadership and talent capability at all levels, equipping individuals and teams to drive strong culture, enhance performance, and contribute to the firm’s ongoing success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with the business to identify individual, team or firmwide learning, capability and development needs
  • Design, implement, and evaluate a broad range of L&D programs that meet identified needs such as leadership pipeline development, culture change, and capability building and align with strategic goals and talent strategies.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness and impact of interventions, recommending improvements based on data and feedback.
  • Design and facilitate internal sessions, programs and e-learning that integrate adult learning principles as required
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality and relevant learning content and experiences.
  • Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (Workday, LMS) for content deployment, user engagement tracking, and reporting.
  • Mentor and support team members and contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the L&OD function.
  • SME on contemporary adult learning methodologies and principles, demonstrated by contributing to thought leadership, best practices and continuous improvement of L&D practices.
  • Advise on and support the implementation of capability framework, competency reviews and P&C Strategy.

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience in L&D, OD, or similar roles, ideally with a background in L&D program, design, and facilitation.
  • Proven skills in conducting needs assessments and engaging diverse group of stakeholders to ensure needs are aligned with strategic and talent needs.
  • Proficient in program design, delivery of blended learning programs, workshops and training sessions that are aligned with contemporary adult learning principles.
  • Excellent evaluation skills to ensure program effectiveness, impact and recommending improvements based on strategic and talent needs
  • Proven skills in consulting and facilitating.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal attributes with the ability to build credibility and engage effectively across all levels of the firm
  • Proficient in using and optimising the LMS platform (Workday, LMS)
  • Strong knowledge in contemporary adult learning principles, practices, organisational development methodologies, leadership development and digital learning.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritising effectively, and deliver within deadlines
  • Strategic thinker with growth mindset, emotional intelligence and adaptability in influencing change across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Team player that enjoys collaborating and working with others.
