Job Description
We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior OutSystems Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of complex applications across web and mobile platforms. This role requires deep expertise in the OutSystems platform and a proactive approach to collaboration with our global delivery teams.
As a senior member of our development team, you will play a pivotal role in driving project success—ensuring scalable architecture, clean code, and exceptional user experiences. You’ll collaborate with both offshore and nearshore developers, work closely with project managers and stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of scalable and maintainable OutSystems applications, including dashboards and responsive web/mobile experiences
Design application architecture using OutSystems workflows
Enhance front-end interfaces using CSS, JavaScript, and Angular, ensuring visually appealing and intuitive UI/UX
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones to deliver projects on schedule and within scope
Maintain clear technical documentation and participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing sessions
Stay current with OutSystems best practices and emerging tools to continuously improve platform capabilities
Proven experience with OutSystems development (3+ years preferred)
Strong understanding of application architecture, system integration, and performance optimization
Proficiency in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular
Hands-on experience with AI Mentor Studio or similar code quality tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and experience working with remote or distributed teams
