Outsystem Developer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative OutSystems Developer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying web and mobile applications using the OutSystems low-code platform. This role requires a strong understanding of application lifecycle management, UI/UX principles, and integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Application Development

• Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performing applications using the OutSystems platform.

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

• Implement custom business logic, workflows, and data models in OutSystems.

• Develop responsive UI for web and mobile applications.

Integration and Deployment

• Integrate OutSystems applications with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, or direct database connections.

• Configure APIs, external services, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, SAML, etc.).

• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes in multi-environment setups.

Testing and Quality Assurance

• Perform unit, integration, and system testing to ensure application quality and performance.

• Collaborate with QA engineers to support test case development and bug resolution.

Documentation and Support

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for applications and configurations.

• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing OutSystems applications.

• Participate in code reviews, design sessions, and sprint ceremonies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3–4 years of experience developing applications on the OutSystems platform.

• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL).

• Experience in application lifecycle management and agile development methodologies.

• Familiarity with OutSystems Service Studio, Integration Studio, Lifetime, and OutSystems Forge components.

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• OutSystems certification (Associate or Professional Developer).

• Experience with mobile development using OutSystems.

• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).

• Background in enterprise application integration or digital transformation initiatives.
