Pay Range: 100% commission-based. High performers earn $130k-$190k+ in uncapped commissions.
The RoleAs an Outside Sales Representative, you will:
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners (no cold-calling). Every appointment is an opportunity to close.
- Lead structured, high-clarity in-home consultations that uncover needs and build custom solutions.
- Drive decisive conversations that create commitment and deliver real results.
