Pay Range: 100% commission-based. High performers earn $130k-$190k+ in uncapped commissions.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will:

  • Meet with pre-qualified homeowners (no cold-calling). Every appointment is an opportunity to close.
  • Lead structured, high-clarity in-home consultations that uncover needs and build custom solutions.
  • Drive decisive conversations that create commitment and deliver real results.

  • A true Sales professional; 3-5 years of sales experience preferred.
  • Competitive, driven, and energized by goals and results.
