Outside Sales Representative

WCTractor is growing, and so is the Waco construction market. We’re looking to add an additional Outside Equipment Sales Representative focused on Kubota construction equipment to help us capture a rapidly expanding opportunity driven by ongoing residential and commercial development.

This is a high-potential territory — and a high-performance team. You’ll work alongside two seasoned outside sales professionals who know how to win. We’re looking for someone who is motivated by that environment, not intimidated by it.

• Develop and grow relationships with contractors, builders, and construction companies in the Waco area

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share for Kubota construction equipment

• Conduct on-site visits, demonstrations, and product consultations

• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, closing, and post-sale follow-up

• Work closely with parts, service, and inside sales teams to deliver strong customer support

• You’re proactive — you don’t wait for leads to come to you

• You can hold your own in a competitive sales environment

• You build trust quickly and know how to close

• You’re comfortable working independently while contributing to a strong team culture

• Outside sales experience (equipment, construction, agriculture, or related industries preferred)

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset

• Organized and driven to meet and exceed goals

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally

• Competitive base pay + commission structure

• Strong brand recognition and high-demand product line (Kubota)
