BWI is looking for a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage an established territory in Northwest Georgia including the Atlanta Metro area. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, understands the value of strategic selling, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

You’ll play a key role in expanding market share, strengthening customer partnerships, and driving revenue growth—all while representing a trusted family ran company.

What You’ll Do

  • Set and achieve ambitious monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and margin goals.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by anticipating and addressing needs related to products, pricing, availability, and credit terms.
  • Recommend products and solutions tailored to customer needs to drive sales and market growth.
  • Build relationships with existing customers while actively prospecting and developing new accounts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, explain features, and close sales.
  • Provide pricing, quotes, credit terms, warranties, and delivery timelines.
  • Follow up post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Prepare drawings, estimates, and bids that meet specific customer requirements.
  • Distribute product samples and catalogs to support sales efforts.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, trade shows, industry events, and referrals.
  • Coordinate delivery and installation of products and equipment.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms; prepare sales agreements and order documentation.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, budgets, and performance reports; track and report key performance metrics.
  • Evaluate customer creditworthiness and gather necessary credit information.
  • Submit orders to manufacturers and monitor stock levels, assisting with reorders as needed.
  • Support retail partners by planning and recommending product displays, promotions, and advertising strategies.
  • Work with retailers to improve product visibility, shelf placement, and promotional execution.
  • Participate actively in sales meetings and collaborate with team members.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Sales Manager to support overall business success.

What We’re Looking For

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Experience: 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry
  • Skills & Strengths:
    • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
    • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
    • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary starting at $65,000. 
  • Company vehicle and gas card.
  • Expense reimbursement.
  • Opportunity to transition to a full commission (statutory) structure by year two with increased earning potential.
