- Support day-to-day sales associate activities for assigned territory by conducting face-to-face in-store calls on customers in territory based on sales volume.
- Support day-to-day service manager’s activities for assigned territories by providing service to customer store, merchandising products, and maintaining displays.
- Call on and sell products, to a large national account.
- Attend trade shows – National, Regional, Local, NSPI
- Maintain Salesforce database of Fluidra customers.
- Turn in paperwork on a timely basis (expense reports, monthly reports)
- Develop sales demand to pull Fluidra products through distributor channels.
- Work with management to keep them informed about any changes which may affect the territory.
- Send literature and displays via Fluidra Rewards website.
- Increase sales on a regular basis.
- Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders or talks with customers on sales floor or by phone.
- Display or demonstrate product, using samples or catalogs and emphasize features.
- Estimate date of delivery to customers, based on Knowledge of own firm production and delivery schedule.
- Prepare reports for business transactions and maintain a product accommodation and expense account.
- 2+ years of outside sales experience
- Read and Interpret documents- Safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Write routine reports and correspondence.
- Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organizations.
- Mathematical Skills.
- Reasoning: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Ability to travel by plane and automobile.
- Overnight travel.
- Self-starter, high energy, goal oriented
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Strong Analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Suite products and use (Word, Excel, PP etc.).
