Outside Sales Representative

Location: Colorado (Travel to Montana Fully Covered)
Salary: $55K Base + Commission
Job Type: Full-time (Tuesday-Saturday, may evolve to Thursday-Sunday)

Vero Fiber is expanding rapidly, bringing best-in-class fiber internet to new communities. We're looking for driven individuals to help connect people and businesses through door-to-door sales in Montana (Kalispell/Whitefish area).

We cover all travel and accommodations in Montana.

This is a great opportunity for candidates based in Colorado who are willing to travel. You’ll receive full support with paid travel and accommodations while working in one of the fastest-growing fiber markets in the country.

• Drive new customer growth through direct door-to-door sales.
• Engage with residential customers and sell Vero Fiber services.
• Educate customers on the benefits of high-speed fiber internet.
• Stay current on all company product offerings to match the right solutions with customer needs.
• Work with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment with new market expansion.
• Track sales activity and ensure accurate reporting.
• Attend sales meetings, training programs, and community events.

• Sales experience is a plus, but no experience is required – we will train you.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently in an outdoor environment.

• Salary DOE: $100k-$110k OTE ($55k base plus $45k-$55k in commissions and bonuses)
