- Outgoing, charismatic personality
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proven sales experience (ability to close deals)
- Comfort working in field/territory-based role visiting salons and barbershops
- Ability to engage and entertain clients (bonus: juggling or comedic skills)
