We're looking for a driven, self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing waterproofing team in the Atlanta metro area. This is a high-earning opportunity for someone who thrives in the field and wants to focus on what they do best — closing deals. We handle the appointments. You handle the close.

What You'll Do

  • Run pre-set appointments with residential and/or commercial clients across the Atlanta area
  • Conduct on-site assessments and present waterproofing solutions to homeowners, property managers, and contractors
  • Build additional pipeline through referrals and networking to maximize your earning potential
  • Close deals and manage the handoff to our production team
  • Represent the company with professionalism at every touchpoint

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of outside or field sales experience (home services, construction, or trades industry a plus)
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • A closer who can walk into a pre-set appointment and get a signature
  • Valid driver's license
