**What You'll Be Doing**
- Running pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners and businesses across the Atlanta area
- Walking properties and explaining waterproofing solutions in plain English
- Closing deals and handing off to our production crew who delivers quality work
- Building your own referral network over time to stack even more income
**What We're Looking For**
- 2 to 5 years of outside or in person sales experience (home services, construction, or similar a big plus)
- A proven ability to close, not just generate interest
- Someone who can read a room and build trust fast
- Competitive, coachable, and motivated by performance based pay
- A valid driver's license

Skills Required
- 2-5 years of outside or field sales experience (home services, construction, or trades industry a plus)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and consultative selling skills
- Ability to close pre-set appointments and obtain signatures
- Valid driver's license
- Complete the Culture Index Survey as part of application
