You'll be the face of the company, building relationships within the community and showcasing why NOVOS FiBER stands out from the competition. As part of this team, you will:
- Actively canvass designated neighborhoods, building awareness and generating leads for NOVOS FiBER’s services.
- Present and sell our high-speed fiber internet service directly to residential customers.
- Educate customers on the benefits of fiber internet and how NOVOS FiBER stands out from the competition.
- Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address customer questions and concerns.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a relationship throughout the sales cycle.
- Report daily progress and submit sales data in a timely manner.
Preferred skills & expertise:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in direct or door-to-door sales (telecom or internet service experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Comfortable working independently and outdoors.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers and act as a trusted advisor.
- Familiarity with technology and a passion for internet services is preferred.
- Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods and travel locally within your sales territory.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
