Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Meet homeowners through company-generated appointments, building rapport and assessing their outdoor space needs.
- Design Consultation: Measure outdoor areas, discuss design possibilities, and provide project estimates that align with the client’s vision.
- Client-Centric Service: Ensure that each homeowner experience is smooth and centered on customer satisfaction.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with the construction department to transition clients seamlessly from consultation to project completion.
- Technology Utilization: Use our design platforms to create custom designs, submit contracts, and track project details.
- Lead Generation: Generate additional leads independently while leveraging company-provided leads.
Experience & Skills:
- Sales Background: Prior sales experience is ideal, or a strong interest in starting a sales career.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with basic office software and excited to learn new technology.
- Driver’s License: Required for meeting with clients in various locations.
- Home Improvement Enthusiasm: Experience in fields like windows, bathrooms, kitchens, solar, or real estate is a plus.
