What we offer:  

  • Unlimited Earning Potential: Independent contractor role with uncapped commissions and potential for long term residuals, bonuses, and sales incentives.
  • Generous Commission Structure: Upfront and lucrative commissions between 20% to 25%. 
  • Target Market Area: Be the only sales representative in your defined and protected territory. 
  • Comprehensive Orientation and Support: One-week sales and product orientation with personalized support from territory Team Leaders. Access to optional workshops and informational sessions with industry updates and networking opportunities

What we are looking for:

  • Proactive Sales Mindset: 'Sales hunter' mentality with the drive to actively prospect and engage potential clients in the field. 
  • Ambition and Self-Motivation: Possess a strong desire to shape your own success, build your own book of business, and fully capitalize on earning potential. 
  • Relevant Experience in B2B Sales: Show proficiency in a B2B sales environment, with a clear understanding of the needs of small and mid-sized business owners. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Tech-savvy approach with proficient computer skills to autonomously use an email and online calendar, Zoom video calls & presentations, pricing tools, and use of CRM software for lead management, order generation, and contract facilitation.


The ideal candidate is not only skilled in these areas but is also prepared to engage directly with clients in the field, making a tangible impact on their business growth.
Successful Outside Sales Executive (Community Marketing Executives) may come from various backgrounds; Business Owners, Networking and Fundraising experts, Multi-level Marketing Representatives, Retired Sales Professionals, Canvassers, PTA Volunteers, Stay-at-Home Parents, and Returnees to the workforce are encouraged to apply!
Required:

  • Valid Driver's License * and Proof of Motor vehicle Insurance
  • Reliable form of transportation
