About the Role:
As the Cannondale Outside Account Manager for NW Germany, you’ll own and drive the success of Cannondale’s current and future dealer network across the Northwest Region. In this impactful role, you’ll shape the territory’s business plan, build strong partnerships, and lead strategies that achieve ambitious sales targets, fueling growth and strengthening Cannondale’s presence in the market. You’ll build strong, lasting connections with clients, ensuring they feel valued and supported in every part of their business journey with Cannondale. Not to mention, you'll be a part of one of the most iconic cycling brands in the world.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Work closely with the Customer Service Team and Cannondale colleagues to optimize customer relationships and achieve sales targets
- Implement Cannondale's commercial policy to establish a strong retailer network, adapting to current and future market challenges
- Lead active sales to the dealer base in territory
- Provide customer service and marketing support to dealer base in territory
- Drive distribution goals of territory
- Drive P&A distribution and growth in territory
- Play an active role in accounts receivable collections
- Give Product team feedback from the market and opportunities
- Participate in dealer events, national trade shows, and Cannondale demo events in the territory or country as needed
- Champion and encourage a positive working environment and effective teamwork in line with the Company’s values, behaviors and culture
- Work collaboratively with the Leadership team and encourage a culture of continuous process improvement
What You Bring to the Table:
- You have an education in sales or a bachelor’s degree in the field of economics, international business, sales management or a similar field
- An extensive network within the NW territory of Germany within the Cycling, Sports, or Outdoor Industry
- Residency in Northwest Germany and native language proficiency, with proficiency in English
- Several years of experience in a similar position within the Cycling, Sports, or Outdoor Industry
- Excellent team-player attitude, with strong motivation, drive and communication capabilities
- Proven focus on the importance of results and timelines
- Ability and desire to travel on a regular basis
- Has strong planning and problem-solving skills with flexible attitude and is able to operate efficiently in a dynamic and international environment
- Alignment with Cannondale's sales culture: entrepreneurial, dynamic, motivated, with a can-do mentality
- Experience in B2B relationship management, commercial sales, and general business management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid Driver’s license
- Prior experience working for a global brand and multi-national business
- A passion for mountain bikes, road bikes and Ebikes, action sports, and/or outdoor lifestyle
