What You Will Do
- Manage and lead dedicated Outreach & Leads generation team (10+ team members);
- Review and improve current workflow, outreach tactics and monitor the performance to ensure that targets are achieved;
- Lead team by hands-on approach, develop new plans and approaches and then spend time on daily implementation, run certain outreach campaigns by yourself;
- Run in-depth SERP audits of various backlink profiles to look for new opportunities;
- Streamline the entire outreach process to ensure results are delivered efficiently and at scale;
- Lead weekly update meetings, prepare reports;
- Participate in hiring process;
- Build and maintain a backlog in cooperation with key stakeholders;
- Collaborate with different internal teams on various projects, collect and redistribute feedback to the team on key content performance metrics.
What We Expect
- Deep knowledge and proven successful experience in Outreach or SEO;
- Proven experience in leading the team;
- Excellent research skills. You should be able to solve most of the day-to-day issues yourself, but also research and develop solutions for more complex problems;
- In-depth knowledge of current Outreach & SEO tools and practices (Ahrefs, Similarweb, Mix Max, Google Analytics, Hunter, etc.);
- Goal-oriented and data-driven growth mindset;
- Excellent time management and planning skills;
- Interest in technology, cybersecurity and innovations;
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Salary
- Gross Salary 2500-4000 EUR/Month
