RESPONSIBILITIES OF AUTOMOTIVE SALES GUIDES: 

  • Demonstrate integrity, passion, humility & drive for your career 
  • Devote yourself to ensuring satisfaction to customers 
  • Assist all customers to experience better as they enter the dealership 
  • Utilize self recorded videos to maintain contact with customers
  • Establish personal performance goals & devise a strategy to meet them 
  • Explain product performance, application & benefits to consumers 
  • Learn to overcome objections & perform all steps of the sales process 
  • Report to the manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews & analysis 

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Enthusiastic & Demonstrate High Energy Throughout the Workday 
  • Outgoing & Positive with a Friendly Personality 
  • Proficient with computer skills
