About the role:
In this role, some of your responsibilities will include
Stakeholder Capacity Building
- Partner with BRTEs to observe classrooms, co-facilitate teacher debriefs, and strengthen instructional coaching practices.
- Support BEOs in leading monthly academic review meetings and setting block-level academic goals.
- Facilitate peer-learning workshops and build a cadre of “Teacher Champions” within the block.
- Observing lessons delivered by teachers and facilitating 1-1 debrief conversations to build reflective practice.
- Work with HMs to integrate student-level data into school improvement planning.
Impact Measurement
- Conduct baseline, midline, and endline assessments of student learning.
- Maintain school-level dashboards to monitor progress in literacy and numeracy.
- Track teacher competency using observation rubrics and co-analyse results with BRTEs for action planning.
- Document case studies, success stories, and block-level insights for programme learning
Project Management & Reporting
- Ensure block-level adherence to programme cadence (classroom observations, cluster workshops, reviews).
- Resolve operational challenges through structured problem-solving and escalation to the Governance Associate.
- Provide weekly progress updates and maintain high-quality documentation of field activities

Work Experience includes:
• Bachelor’s degree (Education, Social Sciences, or related preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of education program experience including training, capacity building, teaching/mentoring.
• Familiarity with TN school education system.
