Are you an experienced outbound email prospector looking for a new challenge? Agency Services, a renowned marketing and advertising company, is seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Email Prospecting Support. As a lead generation support specialist, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities through strategic outbound email prospecting.
In this role, your primary focus will be on identifying and reaching out to potential clients through cold email campaigns. You will utilize your expertise in DKIM, DMARC, SPF, and other email authentication protocols to ensure high deliverability rates and email reputation. Your goal will be to generate qualified leads and appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement outbound email prospecting strategies to generate new business opportunities using Instantly, SmartLead.ai, Apollo, etc
- Build prospect lists, research target markets, and identify key decision-makers
- Create and send personalized cold emails to engage prospects and promote our services
- Optimize email deliverability through DKIM, DMARC, SPF, and other email authentication techniques
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, optimize email templates, and refine targeting strategies
- Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and schedule appointments
- Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices and industry trends
- Proven experience in outbound email prospecting and lead generation
- Strong knowledge and experience with DKIM, DMARC, SPF, and other email authentication protocols
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to research target markets and identify key decision-makers
- Experience with email deliverability tools and metrics tracking
- Proficient in using email marketing platforms and CRM systems
- Self-motivated and target-driven individual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
