Muvr is hiring a full time Outbound Customer Support Representative to join our SupportOps team. This role focuses on proactive outreach, quoting, and converting warm leads into booked jobs across delivery, moving, and junk removal services. You will work within our B2C outbound engine, engaging potential customers through SMS, calls, and email. This position blends customer support with B2C sales and requires fast response times, strong communication, and high quality follow through.
Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Lead Outreach and Conversion• Conduct outbound SMS, phone calls, and emails to leads from multiple sources such as incomplete bookings, quote requests, non converting callers, purchased leads, Facebook Marketplace, community groups, and local buying and selling communities.
• Provide instant quotes, explain services, and guide customers through booking.
• Follow structured outreach flows to maximize contact, engagement, and conversion.
• Understand customer needs and recommend the appropriate Muvr service.
• Use soft selling, consultative selling, and objection handling techniques.
• Cross promotes additional services when relevant, such as junk removal for moving customers.
• Maintain strong product knowledge across all service categories.
• Log all outbound interactions, outcomes, notes, and follow ups with accuracy.
• Tag lead types and track progress through the outbound sales funnel.
• Maintain confidentiality of all customer data and follow PII handling protocols.
• Re-engage leads who did not convert on the first contact attempt.
• Send follow up quotes, reminders, and time sensitive promotions.
• Maintain persistent, compliant, and well documented follow up sequences.
• Follow all TCPA rules for SMS and outbound calls.
• Follow CAN SPAM requirements for email outreach.
• Respect all unsubscribe and opt out requests immediately.
• Use clear, accurate, and non pressuring communication at all times.
• Experience in B2C sales, customer support, or outbound call center environments.
• Comfortable with high volume outreach across calls, SMS, and email.
• Strong communication skills with empathy and persuasive ability.
• Highly organized and comfortable working within CRM systems.
• Motivated by goals, metrics, and consistent daily execution.
• Able to work US business hours in the PST timezone.
