The Role
Job Description

Wix Enterprise is looking for an Account Executive to sell an exciting new product offering. This person will be a true hunter and will be pivotal to our early success. On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Spearhead New Market Entry: Drive initial market penetration for our new enterprise marketing technology suite.

  • Execute Outbound Strategies: Proactively identify, engage, and qualify enterprise prospects through innovative outreach and tailored messaging.

  • Generate and Qualify Pipeline: Build a robust outbound pipeline, qualify leads based on need and opportunity, and manage inbound interest effectively.

  • Deliver Tailored Demos: Conduct engaging, value-driven product demonstrations that align with prospect pain points and marketing goals.

  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Own deals from first touch to close, including proposals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.

  • Nurture Relationships: Maintain regular, personalized follow-ups to move prospects through the funnel and build long-term trust.

  • Keep CRM Updated: Log all activity in Salesforce (or other CRM), ensuring pipeline accuracy and clear visibility for the broader team.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Share feedback with marketing on lead quality and campaign performance; coordinate with customer success for seamless onboarding.

  • Stay Informed: Keep up with product updates, industry trends, and competitive movements to effectively position Wix as a solution.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of sales experience (SaaS/tech preferred) with demonstrated success in outbound sales, new market development, and launching new products.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to convey technical products to a non-technical audience.

  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus.

  • A self-starter who is highly motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused.

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborating cross-functionally.

At this time we are seeking NY-based candidates or candidates who can commute to our office in New York City. Our employees work in a flexible hybrid model and are expected to be in the office 2 times per week.

The approximate base compensation is $78,000- $87,000. In addition to the base pay this role includes variable compensation earned and company RSUs as part of the compensation package. 

The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
