OTC - SAP SD Tech Lead

What you’ll do ​& Who you are

The OTC (Order to Cash) Technical Lead (TL) is responsible for technology for the OTC domain. Acting as the Tech Expert for OTC, partnering with the OTC Product Owner to provide technical guidance and support in shaping the product strategy. The OTC TL manages technology teams and third parties to deliver technology solutions aligned to the product strategy and roadmap. The OTC TL advocates for the product’s roadmap and operational performance, collaborating with the System Leads and Architects to manage interdependencies and ensure alignment. The OTC TL has a keen focus on driving product continuous improvement, self service and automation for good customer experience, proactively communicating any risks to the OTC service.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Collaborate with the OTC Product Owner to understand business requirements and translate into tech solutions aligned with SAP good practice and business needs
• Provide technical leadership and expertise to tech teams and 3rd parties, flagging dependencies on the OTC and SAP landscape
• Oversee and guide the definition, delivery, implementation and operations of technical solutions as per OTC product roadmap and business requirementsSupport the product backlog prioritisation and own the prioritisation of the technical delivery backlog
• Coordinates and monitors technical delivery to keep PO updated on progress, risks and dependencies
• Collaborate with the System teams to deliver on time and proactively communicate any risks or dependencies

Your skills and qualifications include:

• BS degree in computer science or engineering with 5+ years experience in SAP product consulting, systems integration, or an architect role
• Extensive experience in SAP4HANA development and maintenance, private cloud and Fiori environments, developing tests and implementing business solutions using SAP technologies
• Expertise in ABAP objects and development with very good understanding of SAP security concepts and modules such as SD (contract, order, revenue and billing management), AR (dunning, bank statement processing), FSCM (dispute and collection management) and Intercompany
• Extensive knowledge and experience working with technology in the OTC space
• Experience working with interfaces in addition to Web Services, such as Java connectors and Rest APIs communicating with non-SAP applications
• Experience integrating external CRMs with SAP
• Ability to assess and manage technical risks and issues and projects
