SMX is seeking OSINT/PAI Targeting Analysts to conduct advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources. As an OSINT Analyst you will interact with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates and will fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments.
This position requires a DoD TS/SCI security clearance which requires US citizenship for work on DoD contracts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources
- Interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates
- Fuse publicly available and commercially available information for multi-intelligence assessments
Required Skills & Experience SME
- Required Clearance: TS/SCI
- Minimum of (6) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community
- Minimum of three (3) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development
- Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with digital signature reduction
- Advanced proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology
- Advanced proficiency with the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources)
- Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy
- Superior written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Superior verbal briefing skills, with demonstrated history of briefing at the O5/GS14 level or above
- Must be willing to deploy as needed and have a valid US passport
Required Skills & Experience Expert
- Minimum of six (6) years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or the Intelligence Community
- Minimum of two (2) years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation, analysis, and reporting Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations in preferred (Note: experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties (i.e. reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources) will not be considered equivalent experience)
- Strong proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories
- Strong proficiency in the current suite of available specific OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology
- Understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy
- Strong written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications
- Strong verbal briefing skills, able to brief at the O4/GS13 level or above
- Must be willing to deploy as needed and have a valid US passport
