We have a permanent Coordinator position available in Western Suburbs and GeelongThe hours will be 6:30am - 9:00am, and 2:30pm - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday + 2 hours of admin

Job Description

What will you do?

  • Create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment for children
  • Design and facilitate activities that foster learning and creativity
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of every child in your care
  • Manage a team of Educators 

Qualifications

Do you have what it takes?

  • A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to making a positive difference
  • Experience in childcare or early childhood education
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit
  • Relevant certifications (CPR, First Aid)
  • Australian work rights
  • Diploma level qualification as recognised by ACECQA completed or working towards

Skills Required

  • Experience in childcare or early childhood education
  • Diploma-level qualification as recognised by ACECQA (completed or working towards)
