As a highly motivated and experienced Orthopedic Operations Manager, you will play a key role in the development and launch of an Orthopedic clinic at Baptist Clay.
Orthopedics Operations Manager Job Responsibilities:
Working collaboratively with the Orthopedic Service Line Director to establish operational excellence in the clinic.
Possessing a strong understanding of Orthopedic/Musculoskeletal clinical operations
A commitment to patient care
Developing budgets and pro-formas
Being passionate about building a successful program from the ground up.
Education, Education, & Credential Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Required
Experience Requirements:
One-Two Years Orthopedics Experience Required
