With 15 fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeons and 2 physiatrists, we are the region’s most preferred orthopedic team. We’re seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Hand Surgeon who is passionate about patient-centered care, collaboration, and building a thriving practice in an active, outdoor-focused community.

Requirements
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
- Completion of an Orthopedic Hand Fellowship
- Eligible for Colorado medical licensure and DEA registration
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care
- Interest in orthopedic trauma and participation in trauma call
What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive hand care including operative and non-operative management
- Collaborate closely with APPs, therapists, and clinical support teams
- Build strong referral relationships and community presence

What We Do
BoulderCentre for Orthopedics & Spine is a regional orthopedic practice (since 1968) providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care including surgery (ASC), imaging (MRI), physical and hand therapy, and outpatient services across multiple Colorado locations. The group serves Boulder, Lafayette, Broomfield and the Front Range with a large team of surgeons and allied clinicians to keep patients moving and active.
