JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Summary
The Organizational Change Management Senior Consultant partners with business and program leaders to design and deliver organizational change management solutions to reduce business disruption and improve results for assigned functions.
Serves as catalyst for culture change by leveraging enterprise-wide vantage point to ensure barriers are removed and successes are adopted across multiple business areas.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines:

  • Partners with business and project leaders to design and deliver organizational change management solutions to reduce business disruption and improve results for assigned functions.
  • Develops key stakeholder relationships (PMO, HR, etc.) and sets/ensures role clarity and expectations for Organizational Change Management services.
  • Mentors and coaches colleagues through key projects.
  • Leverages a standard change management framework and related tools to drive a more consistent change management approach across the company.
  • Identifies, monitors and responds to risks and issues related to change management deliverables.
  • Uses project management practices to set strategy and budget for complex programs; plans, develops and implements change management solutions; keeps stakeholders engaged and informed.


May perform additional duties as assigned.

Typically AVP or above
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

  • Proficient in change management theories and principles, program design and broad understanding of the critical issues in other related areas.
  • Experience designing and leading change management activities in medium to large-scale initiatives.
  • Ability to utilize data to identify trends and diagnose organizational effectiveness issues.
  • Excellent project management, organizing and planning skills.
  • Excellent business acumen, knowledge of the business and client group, and the ability to effectively implement HR strategies to support business goals.
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable navigating organizational dynamics.
  • Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to communicate business knowledge and technical information clearly.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications especially PowerPoint and Excel.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent with professional designation preferred.
  • Typically a minimum of eight years learning, communications and change management experience.
