We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to support large-scale insurance transformation programs. This role is designed for practitioners who can operate within complex environments, translate business and technology change into actionable strategies, and drive adoption across all levels of an organization.
This is a hands-on transformation role—ideal for individuals who design and execute change strategies, not just advise on them.
Role Overview
As an OCM Consultant, you will work as part of a broader transformation team supporting enterprise programs, including platform implementations and operating model changes. You will partner with business and technology stakeholders to assess impacts, design change strategies, and deliver execution across communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
This role requires the ability to navigate structured programs while adapting to evolving priorities and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Change Strategy & Execution
- Design and execute organizational change strategies aligned to business and technology transformation goals
- Conduct change impact assessments across business functions (e.g., policy, claims, underwriting, finance)
- Develop and deliver stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans
- Support adoption measurement, readiness assessments, and post-go-live sustainment activities
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage stakeholders across all levels—from frontline teams to senior leadership
- Build trust and alignment within cross-functional teams
- Support leaders in understanding change impacts and guiding their teams through transition
Transformation Delivery
- Partner with program and project teams to integrate change management into overall delivery
- Support technology implementations (e.g., Guidewire, Sapiens, Majesco, Insurity, or similar insurance platforms) by translating system changes into business impacts
- Identify risks, resistance points, and mitigation strategies throughout the transformation lifecycle
Capability & Practice Development
- Contribute to the development of OCM assets, frameworks, and reusable offerings
- Support the growth of Capgemini’s OCM capability within Insurance and broader business transformation services
- Participate in internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, business transformation, or related consulting roles
- Proven experience supporting large-scale transformation programs, including multi-year initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute OCM strategies (not limited to communications or training)
- Experience supporting technology or platform implementations within complex environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging both business and leadership audiences
- Ability to operate effectively within structured programs while managing evolving priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance or Financial Services (Insurance strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with insurance platforms such as Guidewire, Sapiens, or similar enterprise systems
- Certification or training in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent)
- Consulting experience within transformation-focused environments.
Benefits
This position comes with competitive compensation and benefits package:
- Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses
- Comprehensive benefits package
- Career development and training opportunities
