At Kyndryl, we’re looking for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to lead impactful change initiatives that shape the future of our customers. If you love driving adoption, engagement, and readiness across complex environments, this is your chance to make a real difference.

🔍 What You’ll Do
  • Apply Kyndryl’s structured change management approach, including the three core pillars and five OCM phases, to deliver successful transformations.

  • Conduct stakeholder assessments and impact analyses to identify affected groups and tailor communications and training strategies.

  • Develop and deliver targeted communications and program narratives that inspire and inform.

  • Design and implement learning deliverables, support end-user training, and track adoption progress.

  • Mobilize change champions, monitor readiness, and gather feedback to ensure sustainable engagement.

  • Partner with project managers, sponsors, and business leaders to align change strategies with business objectives.

  • Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across transformation programs.


Who You Are

Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or related fields.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Ability to analyze data, assess impacts, and develop actionable plans.

  • Collaborative mindset with experience working across teams and functions.

  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools.

  • Hands-on experience leading complex organizational change initiatives.

  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to influence at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications
  • OCM certifications (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).

  • Financial acumen and understanding of budgeting processes.

  • Experience in risk management and process design.

  • Knowledge of digital communication and training tools.

  • Technical certifications (e.g., ITIL, Agile).
