Then we have a unique opportunity for you as an Organizational Change Management Consultant (Analyst) with a key role in delivering change and adoption outcomes for a global client undertaking a Microsoft Tenant Migration program.  
In this role, you will also be the Change Management Consultant on dynamic consulting delivery projects that involve strategic technology transformation across Kyndryl’s services in Applications (e.g. ERP), Data, AI, Cloud, IT Managed Services, Securities, Digital Workplace and more.   Your engagements will require you to work across the OCM discipline, such as Change Impact Assessments, Change Readiness, Communications, Training & Enablement, Behavior & Culture and Resistance Management.  Working with the customer and Kyndryl team, you will ensure successful implementation of OCM solutions, reporting to the Change Management, Communications or Training Lead as well as supporting Customer stakeholders.
In addition, you will work closely with the UK&I OCM Director on internal initiatives such as OCM capability enhancement and business growth activities, supporting business development activities from the outset of customer engagements.  This represents an exciting and entrepreneurial element of the role where you will apply OCM experience in a pre-sales context.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Support the implementation of OCM strategies and plans for client engagements.
  • Create detailed change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses and produce data-driven change action plans.
  • Own stakeholder and business engagement responsibilities for driving Change & Adoption.
  • Support the development and implementation of Change / Communication and Training strategies and plans.
  • Activate the Change Network and deliver quality change network engagement content and sessions.
  • Develop communication campaign collateral, align approval and launch.
  • Develop client-specific training programs.
  • Track and analyze OCM metrics to measure the success of client initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Kyndryl OCM Leads and client project teams to ensure smooth change implementation.
  • Support the development of OCM proposals and pre-sales activities.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of internal OCM tools, templates, and methodologies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM methodologies and tools.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the development of OCM best practices.


Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 6+ years of OCM Change Management experience in consulting, preferably technology consulting in core OCM workstreams such as Change Management, Communications, Training and / or Business Transformation. 
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., technology, business, psychology, communications, media).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Seeks and incorporates feedback regularly.
  • Experience with project management methodologies.
  • Consulting skills, including strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Experience designing and delivering high quality Change deliverables such as, Stakeholder Analysis, Communication strategy / plans / campaign execution, Change Strategies, Change Impacts Management, Change Network Management, Training programs, and other project specific artefacts such as migration run books and hype care support materials.
     

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Familiarity or experience with Microsoft Tenant migrations or similar.
  • Knowledge of OCM frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Project management certifications (e.g. Prince2).
  • Change Management certifications (e.g., Prosci, AIP, APMG).
  • Familiarity with business transformation delivery.
  • Experience with IT managed services and IT infrastructure services.
  • Technical certifications (ITIL, Agile, etc.).
  • Experience in Agile, DevOps, or cloud transformation environments.
  • Familiarity with tools like Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Jira, Poppulo or OCM platforms.
