Are you passionate about driving transformation and inspiring teams to embrace change? We’re looking for an experienced Organisational Change Manager to support Moodle through complex organisational change and play a pivotal role in shaping our future.
This role will be offered as a 12 month contract, starting in January 2025 and candidates can be based anywhere in the European region! Just let us know where you are when you apply.
What your new job can look like…
At Moodle, no two days will ever be the same, but most days in this role usually involve a mix of:
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to plan and deliver organisational change initiatives, ensuring seamless integration with Moodle’s strategy.
- Developing and implementing change management strategies to drive adoption and success for key initiatives.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs, assess risks, and address resistance.
- Providing guidance and support to managers in delivering strategic plans and achieving business objectives.
- Developing communication plans that clearly articulate the vision and ensure transparency throughout the change process.
- Collaborating with the L&D team to design and deliver tailored training plans to engage team members and foster a positive transition.
- Monitoring progress, measuring outcomes, and adjusting strategies to ensure sustainable change.
We'd love to meet you…
Especially if you can talk to us about your:
- Experience leading or supporting organisational change initiatives, such as restructuring, or other strategic cultural transformations.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles and how to apply them in complex business settings.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, influence senior leaders, and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering impactful change outcomes.
- Skilled in creating and delivering training and communication plans to support change initiatives.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and navigating a fast-paced, dynamic global environment.
- Experience working in HR / People & Culture teams is a plus!
