What you’ll do:
Support the team in ongoing organisational development and transformation projects.
Contribute to the review and improvement of organisational structures, roles, and processes.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for internal stakeholders.
Conduct benchmarking to support project insights and recommendations.
Help coordinate meetings and follow-up actions with HR and business teams.
Collaborate with colleagues across different functions to ensure alignment on key initiatives.
What you’ll bring:
