Fotona is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Orders and Billing Administrator to join our team. This role involves processing orders, managing billing tasks, and supporting internal departments. Key Responsibilities:
- Process orders and document discrepancies using various logs (training provided).
- Handle tax and credit card processing (training provided).
- Assist the Accounting department with funding directives (training provided).
- Perform Service Desk billing tasks (training provided).
- Conduct collections on past-due Accounts Receivable service payments (training and incentives available).
- Fulfill returns and refunds for the Service and Orders departments (training provided).
- Manage a multi-line phone system (training provided).
- Act as a communication liaison between the Orders Department and other internal departments.
- Adhere to department Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, administrative, or clerical roles.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs; occasionally assist the shipping department with pulling/packing or transporting returns over 20 lbs.
- Ability to stand, lift, push/pull, bend, squat, stretch, reach, twist/turn, walk, and reach throughout the day, ability to work at a computer and sit for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
