Order Puller-Friction

Job Purpose:
- The Order Puller-Friction at MOMENTUM USA INC is responsible for efficiently and accurately pulling and preparing orders for shipment. This role is crucial in ensuring that customers receive the correct products in a timely manner, thereby supporting the company's commitment to high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated locations based on order specifications.
- Verify the accuracy of orders by checking quantities and product codes.
- Prepare orders for shipment by packing items securely and labeling packages correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with orders to the supervisor promptly.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and reporting shortages.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Experience with order pulling or similar tasks is preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Good physical stamina with the ability to lift and move heavy items up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
