We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented person with great communication and problem solving skills to handle order processing and customer service for our customers/sales rep/project managers. This person will have 3 to 5 years of sales, customer service or account management experience serving Asia customers, preferably with knowledge of logistics, procurement and CRM/ERP systems.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, audit and enter customer purchase orders
- Check orders against inventory and forecast
- Work with distributors, sales reps and project managers to resolve PO issues
- Create and Issue PO to suppliers
- Shipments Coordination to supplier/factory
- Work with Planning, Logistics and IT to resolve order logistics issues
- Communicate order status to distributors, sales reps, project managers and track to delivery
- Maintain order status/tracking log
- Understand and adhere to customer compliance guidelines
- Complete ad-hoc reporting when requested
- Perform special tasks as needed
- Major KPIs – OTD, ITO, NMI
Background experience required:
- 3 to 5 years Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent
- Factory Order Management Experience
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally by phone or email
- Takes initiative and prioritizes tasks (time management)
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills (root cause analysis)
- Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals and groups
- Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines
- Solid computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet and ERP
