Responsibilities
Your responsibilities
- Order Entry and Validation – Accurately input customer orders into the system and verify them against contracts, pricing, and product availability.
- Order Tracking and Follow-up – Monitor the status of orders from placement to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and updating stakeholders as needed.
- Coordination with Internal Teams – Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, sales to resolve order issues and ensure smooth fulfillment.
- Customer Communication Support – Providing delivery pre-alerts to customers, being ready to assist in responding to inquiries regarding order status, changes, or delays in a professional and timely manner.
- System and Documentation Management – Maintaining up-to-date records in ERP SAP system, Power Apps and ensures compliance with internal
You have :
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Macro, Power BI, App)
- Proactive approach
It would be nice if you also had:
- Familiarity with order entry, validation, and tracking in ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Understanding of supply chain or logistics workflows
