Location: Hybrid in Carnaxide, Portugal
Education recommendations: BSc or MSc degree in Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field with an accredited school.
 

 

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities

  • Order Entry and Validation – Accurately input customer orders into the system and verify them against contracts, pricing, and product availability.
  • Order Tracking and Follow-up – Monitor the status of orders from placement to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and updating stakeholders as needed.
  • Coordination with Internal Teams – Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, sales to resolve order issues and ensure smooth fulfillment.
  • Customer Communication Support – Providing delivery pre-alerts to customers, being ready to assist in responding to inquiries regarding order status, changes, or delays in a professional and timely manner.
  • System and Documentation Management – Maintaining up-to-date records in ERP SAP system, Power Apps and ensures compliance with internal 
     
Qualifications

You have :

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, Macro, Power BI, App)
  • Proactive approach 

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Familiarity with order entry, validation, and tracking in ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Understanding of supply chain or logistics workflows

Skills Required
